David Belman is a 2nd Generation Home Builder, Land Developer, and Realtor. Having spent nearly 30 years in the industry David provides unique knowledge on the industry and housing market.

David has established himself as an industry leader and thought leader. David served as President of the Metropolitan Builders Association, President of the Wisconsin Builders, Association, serves on the Leadership Committee for the National Association of Home Builders, and served on the board for the Wisconsin Realtors Association.

David has achieved some of the industries highest honors such as Wisconsin Builders Association Hall of Fame, Waukesha Freeman's Citizen of the Year, Waukesha County's Emerging Leader Award, Builder of the Year from the Wisconsin and Metropolitan Builders association and Young Professional Award from the National Association of Home Builders.

David firm has constructed over 1000 homes, countless subdivisions, and sold hundreds of homes.

David's work also extends into his community. David is the only builder in Wisconsin to provide 6 brand new mortgage free homes to wounded combat heroes for Operation Finally Home. David also gives lot of his time helping build the future of the building industry by mentoring students. David guest lectures and hosts students at his jobsites From high school trades to design, architecture, and Real Estate Students in college.

David is also an in-demand keynote speaker, Amazon Best Selling Author of "Leadership Growth Hacks" and the most quoted home builder in Wisconsin. David helped author many housing articles and was a regular contributor the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Real Estate articles.
